How do you handle delicate items?
Delicates are handled with extreme care. We follow all item labels and can provide specialized mesh bag washing, cold water cycles, and air-drying for sensitive garments to ensure they stay in perfect condition.
How is my laundry processed?
Your laundry is never mixed with other customers' orders. Each load is washed, dried, and folded individually by our professional staff, then carefully packed in clear protective bags to maintain freshness during delivery.
What is your policy on lost items?
While lost items are extremely rare due to our strict tracking protocols, we take full responsibility. If an item goes missing while in our care, we offer a resolution policy based on the item's verified replacement value.
Do I need to sort my laundry?
Not at all! Our professional team handles all the sorting of lights, darks, and colors for you. Simply place your laundry in your bags, and we will take it from there, ensuring every item is treated according to its fabric requirements.

We offer flexible evening pickup windows to fit your busy lifestyle. Â We typically pickup on Tuesdays and Fridays. Simply select a time that works for you when booking online, and we'll handle the rest.

Minimum Order
Our minimum order for pickup and delivery is $35. This ensures we can maintain the high standard of care your laundry deserves.
Delivery Timing
Most laundry services are completed and delivered back to you within 24–48 hours. We'll send you updates when your fresh laundry is on its way back home.
Rescheduling
Plans change! You can reschedule your pickup or delivery up to 12 hours before your window starts with no extra charge directly through your account dashboard.
